Alternative Photography

We often avoid thinking about impermanence, treating ageing as an unpleasant reality rather than a natural progression. Yet, there is an inherent richness in growing older—a wisdom that youth is still striving to become. The lines on our faces hint at the stories lived within our fleeting existence.

I use alternative photography to capture this same transient state in nature. Long after a flower blooms and begins to fade, it retains a distinct, imperfect elegance. By harnessing the sun to record these fading botanicals, I hope to illuminate the grace found in every chapter of life.
