Hi, I’m Elly Clifton.
I am an Australian artist based in Coledale, NSW, with a Degree in Fine Arts. I share my coastal home with my husband and three spoilt kitties.
Practice & Exploration
A deep fascination with bromeliads inspired my series of vibrant acrylic paintings on stretched canvas, rich with vivid colour and playful creatures from my garden. Alongside painting, I work in clay—sculpting expressive ceramic characters, especially cats—and have created large-scale wall murals across various community spaces.
Currently, I am experimenting with alternative photography in an ongoing series titled The Beauty of Impermanence.
